We offer refunds to paid registrants - when unable to attend seminar. In case of illness of registrant, cancellation of seminar due to inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances, a full refund will be granted. A check will be issued within five (5) business days. A check will be issued to name/individual provided on registration form and sent to address thereof.

Tickets will not be issued to registrants. When registrants register online, an automatic email will be sent to registrant's email address indicating that their registration has been completed. This should be printed and brought with registrant on day of seminar - as proof of registration.

For individuals registering via brochure (hard copy), registration must be postmarked 7 days before seminar. For registrants registering hard copy, an email address is required for proof of registration. Rest Assured will then send an email to registrant stating that their registration has been completed.
